Casey and Cooper visited the knob again today!

Weather:
Warm today with temps between 40-63. Winds mild and sporadic, between 2-4
mph from the SW. Clear day and not many clouds.

In the afternoon, there was a circumzenithal arc above the sun and two sun
dogs on either side of the sun. (I would not know what this was if it were
not for Ed!
Thanks! )

Raptor Observations:
BE(3): 1256i, 1307a, 1309a
NG(1): 1356u
GE(1): 1034i

A truly lovely GE immature circled between 1 and 2 around noon before
moving up-ridge and away from the lookout. His or her white wrist patches
were beautifully visible and the tail patch shined brightly (much like the
HMANA's logo).

Non-raptor Observations:
tufted titmice, black-capped chickadees, Carolina wrens
7 common ravens

Predictions:
Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, partly sunny, then gradually becoming
sunny, with a high near 71. Light west wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph
in the morning.
