Subject: [sbcobirding] Pacific Golden Plover at UCSB
HI there,

Today mid-morning I found what is believed to be a Pacific Golden Plover
while paying a visit to our local Curlew Sandpiper at UCSB "east" beach.
The Golden Plover was loosely associating with a Black-bellied Plover about
200m north of the stairs. Mark Holmgren helped determine an ID, based on
my photos that clearly show only 3 primary feathers extending past the
tertials. I have included one photo here, a couple of others in my eBird
list:

thanks, Jessie
