- Comments: "Continuing a little bit north from the parking lot 6 stairs. White rump in flight, long down curved bill, slightly larger than the surrounding sanderlings. I’ll add pictures soon."

- Comments: "Long black legs, long slightly droopy bill. White eyebrow, darker on the back than the Sanderlings. Tall bird. It had a lift kit. White body, mostly white neck with a little gray/brown color around the breast. Found about 150 yards south of the Lot 6 stairs. Whenever it wandered and ended up all by itself, it would fly to the nearest group of sanderlings. Active feeder.

- Comments: "Continuing. Seen by the rocks near Goleta beach, on the far end. Around same size as sanderlings, a little taller. Obvious longer, downcurved bill. White rump in flight. Seen for a few seconds until it flushed and landed back by the stairs."

- Comments: "Continuing...great photos. Dogs had chased the flock of sanderlings and other shorebirds so they were about 300m north of the stairs down from Lot 6 in the big seaweed pile near where the cliff juts out furtherest towards the beach. Twice as big as Least Sandpipers, long decurved black bill and long black legs, white supercillium. Please, wear masks so everyone can safely enjoy bird watching!!!"

- Comments: "Spotted by Noah Arthur here (34.42990, -119.62238). Uncharacteristically bopping about in the bottom of the creek channel, moving upstream. We followed it for a while taking photos, then lost it, assuming it probably flew up into the sycamore canopy. Small, chunky warbler with lemon-yellow wash on breast, fading into dusky white on belly, and flanks. Upper flanks streaked light brown. Bold white wingbars, black streaking on olive-grey back. Dark eyeline. Orange-pinkish legs. Female/immature type."
