Several of us from Wildcat Audubon did a little birding in Kimball County on Saturday, Sept. 12. We stopped at Oliver Reservoir, Bushnell Cemetery, and drove about 5 miles south at Exit 1. Lots of sparrows of various species. A surprise were the Wilson’s Warblers we saw in the sunflowers along the edge of the road in the Exit 1 area. We had 51 species which includes 2 Western Tanagers at the rest area at Pine Bluffs, WY.
