Great variety due to there being several different habitats in this place. I arrived at high tide and stayed till low :

Semipalmated Sandpiper 1

PECTORAL SANDPIPER 1                  flyover; calling
CASPIAN TERN 2                                 close flyby from boardwalk; calling
YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER 1     strip along Lawn Ave.; locust tree
Eastern Kingbird 1
YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER 1    in grove Bennington St. near station; green back; quite yellow underside
Warbling Vireo                                       ditto; heard from newish platform 
AMERICAN KESTREL 1                       seen from meadow in main section
Peregrine Falcon 1
BROWN THRASHER 1                         near beginning of densely vegetated Leverett/Lawn St. trail
Common Yellowthroat 1
Savannah Sparrow 1
