Subject: [obol] Request During Fire Season
Hello dear birding community,

We have had some people parking cars on tall dry grass near Metro Natural Areas. Always happy to know that people are out birding, but it is also a big risk when hot tail pipes meet tall dry grass.

If possible, please park cars on gravel or asphalt, away from vegetation. Many out there do not realize how little it takes to cause a big fire that can be very damaging.

If you have any questions, please contact me anytime.

Thank you!!
