Subject: [AZNMbirds] [EXT]Gray Jays in Baldy Peak Wilderness, West Baldy Trail
External Email

For those wanting to escape the heat there were at least 4 (and possibly
more) Gray Jays today about 200 yards east from the West Baldy Trail
parking lot in the Baldy Peak Wilderness and then walking farther east on
the West Baldy Peak Trail maybe a quarter mile or so. This would be between
the Sheep's Crossing parking lot and the West Baldy Peak Trail parking lot.
The birds were cooperative and around all day long.

There was also a cooperative immature male Williamson's Sapsucker in this
area as well. Quite birdy today in this area along the Little Colorado
River with lots of usual suspect birds.

Good and safe birding,
Michael Terenzoni
