Subject: [va-bird] RUFF (Loudoun)--Yes
The RUFF at Middlesex Drive Pond in Loudoun County was still present when I
left a bit after 3PM. It was on the main sandy part of the pond. A Mute
Swan, Great Egrets and Least and Spotted Sandpipers are also present.

The bird can be viewed from Middlesex Drive. There is plenty of room to
park along the curb. You can see the bird with bins, but a scope can be
quite helpful, especially when the bird is farther from the edge.
