Subject: [va-bird] Chirps, cheeps, chips.
This is that wonderful time of year when we hear a whole lot of bird calls
that don't quite make sense. It's a great time to learn from those calls.
They are most probably from young birds or from parents trying to
communicate with those young birds. In a month or more you won't be
hearing those calls. So jump on the chance to expand your knowledge of
avian vocalizations. Pursue those calls to their source and confirm the
species. As a bonus you can probably record a high level breeding code for
the VABBA2 atlas block you're in. Have fun.
