legs, and tapered, slightly-drooped bills. They were obviously smaller than

in deeper water than the LESAs or SESAs."

sporadically in Baker City since last fall. Description: bright blue
upperparts with gray mantle, grayish-white underparts with a blue partial
collar, white throat, gray cheeks, and thin, white superciliums. The bill
is large and dark gray. One bird made the diagnostic "shreeeenk" call as
they both flew from a tall locust tree with a leafless, dead top. Photo."
