Subject: [CT Birds] woodpeckers
Hi everyone,
Two new posts on the atlas blog, both about woodpeckers:
First, an opportunity to help an undergraduate with a summer research project, field work for which has been hampered by the pandemic (time commitment is low, and can be done simultaneous with atlasing):http://ctbirdatlas.org/blog/index.php/2020/06/28/foraging-woodpeckers/
Second, a summary of the data collected so far for the 6 woodpecker species commonly found in the state:

Hope the posts are of interest,
Chris
