Subject: [MDBirding] bird habitat question post May freeze
The late freeze we had here in Mont Co a few weeks back really seemed to
hammer certain tree species. Sycamores look especially bad and are starting
to stick out like "sore thumbs". Do they just leaf out again over time?
Probably doesn't matter to big raptor/eagles nests already built in
Sycamores but wonder if it will make things worse for a species like
Yellow-throated Warblers that use that tree species along the Potomac.
