- Comments: "After several minutes searching the area where John Deacon first found this bird on 2/7/20, and with the help of playback, the Eastern Phoebe made an appearance outside the golf course along Industrial Parkway next to The Wine Center parking lot. It eventually flew over the fence into the country club property. It was vocalizing a few times when it was first spotted. Dark olive-brown backed flycatcher, pale whitish below with a faint yellowish wash on the lower abdomen. The head and face were dark brownish with a contrasting whitish throat. Tail dipping behavior was observed. From low perches, it would mostly drop to the ground to feed"
