Subject: [sbcobirding] Solitary Sandpiper
It was seen again around 1:30 this afternoon on the eastern mudflats of Lake Jocelyn. There were also 15 gregarious Killdeer, a large number for the location, and a male Hooded Merganser was there last Saturday. The receding shoreline may make it easier to find the Solitary in the coming weeks. Larry BallardCarpinteria
