I have them all summer but I have had Goldfinches visiting the feeders only occasionally this Fall, Winter.
I have House Finches everyday as well as Dark-eyed Juncos, White-throated and White-crowned Sparrows, Chickadees, Titmice, Blue Jays and Cardinals. Mourning and Eurasian collared Doves. Red-winged Blackbirds, Brown-headed Cowbirds and Starlings. I also have a Red-bellied Woodpecker that comes regularly. Plus White-breasted Nuthatches occasionally. I agree that the seeds are still out there and some birds only come when the free range food is harder to get to. I have had a very lovely Red-shouldered Hawk in the vicinity of my yard in the last two weeks.
I have just recently (the last two weeks) started seeing Rusty Blackbirds in any numbers in the greater Centerton-Vaughn area which is late this year.
I rarely get Purple Finches in my yard. Jacque Brown, Centerton, Benton County
