Subject: [CT Birds] Harkness Purple Sandpiper and King Eider
Harkness SP in Waterford today:

1 Purple Sandpiper on offshore rock, viewed from east end of the park

Also, King Eider continues, best viewed from
east end looking towards New London and Waterford Beach

Goshen Cove on West end had Buffleheads, Hooded Mergansers and RB Mergs.

I had no sparrows other than Song and White-throated.

Several Common Loons and Brant along the shore
