Location: Sunset Point, Presque Isle State ParkDate:  November 8, 2019Time:  0645 to 0945Weather: Partly cloudy, NW wind to 25 mph, waves 4' to 5', Temp. 35 FComments: There was a good movement of scaup with about 20% consisting of Greaters.  There was a modest movement of Red-breasted Mergansers, but still the numbers are lower than in the past.  Most birds were moving west.  Highlight was the flock of over 200 Snow Buntings crossing the lake from Canada, and the small flock of Rusty Blackbirds that landed briefly in a tree near our lookout.  Justin Berkheimer assisted with the count. Waterbirds recorded:
