Location: Sunset Point, Presque Isle State ParkDate:  November 3, 2019Time:  0645 to 0945Weather: Mostly cloudy, quick rain shower, West wind at 5 mph increasing to 20 mph, waves about 4 to 5', 38 FComments:  There was a heavy movement of scaup at first light and a good number of other species of waterfowl, most moving west.  There was also a heavy movement of Red-winged Blackbirds flying in from the north over the lake.  One flock consisted of at least a thousand birds.  Lots of help this morning with Jennifer Ferrick, Justin Berkheimer, Sam Stull, Bob Scibner, Roger Donn, and Joe Susi. Waterbirds recorded:
