Subject: Erie County waterbird count for October 28, 2019
Date:  October 28, 2019Time:  0735 to1005Weather: Clear, calm wind, one foot waves, temp. 46 FComments:  A few west-bound Lesser Scaup with lighter movement of other waterfowl.  Despite being a bit slow, there was a nice variety of birds.  We watched a Merlin move across the lake from Canada and snatch a small Passerine just before making landfall.  Jennifer Ferrick assisted with the count.
