Subject: Dickcissel, Southern Lancaster County
Dear PAbirders,

After living along the Susquehanna River here in Peach Bottom for 25
years, I had a new yard bird at 5pm this afternoon. It was a winter
adult male Dickcissel. It spent most of its time in a large poke berry
patch in our front yard that is near the bird feeding station. It
wasn't eating seed, but it was eating poke berries. Pretty exciting!
Also saw our FOS White-throated Sparrow.
