Subject: Winter Wren -- Squaw Valley Woodlands, Allegheny Township, Butler County, PA -- Oct 19, 2019
Highlights today included a Winter Wren and a Palm Warbler, as well as 8 Eastern Bluebirds. And a Pileated Woodpecker landed on a tree trunk about 10 feet away from me!

Saw both a Question Mark and an Eastern Comma, as well as a Snapping Turtle shuffling in the woods. And the Autumn Meadowhawks are still around.

Good birding,
Dan Weeks
