I have Mourning Doves daily/year around at my location near Sylvan. Is that unusual?

I see Eurasian Collared Doves regularly at Whitaker Ponds (2 today) and around NE Portland especially north of Ainsworth. I rarely see mourning doves in NE.
I wonder if there is a territory line between NE and SE? I agree that Mourning are more common from my own observations at Tabor.

The distribution of our three year 'round doves is not very simple. Collared Doves seem to avoid real cityscapes. I don't see them in Portland. In over 20 years of Wednesday birdsong walks the species has been detected once on Mt Tabor. In that case one sang heartily at the starting point at 7am, but was gone when we returned to that same spot 3 hours later. Never to return.
