band. Light breast and dark lower belly. Roosting on low fence and then
flying. Watched it with a nearby red-tail as they interacted. Clearly not
a red-tail or other species due to the dark carpals and distinctive lower
belly and tail."

eyering. I can only ID this because of Russ Morgan's picture of the bird,
which he had located. Originally id'd as a Least. Vocalized a squeaky toy

working back and forth path from willows and lilacs."
