Subject: [obol] birder Eva Schultz
I’m sorry to inform the birding community of the death at 93 (?) of Eva Schultz, a good friend of mine since my kid birder days, when she took me on a lot of Oregon trips including a memorable run to see King Eiders and a Spotted Redshank.

I had the pleasure of taking her on a WINGS tour to Florida and the Tortugas when she was in her 70s. A fine person known to many of the older birders in Oregon, she leaves a son, Greg of Eugene and Junction City.
