Subject: [VA-bird] NELSON'S SPARROW--Loudoun Co
A NELSON'S SPARROW was found yesterday by Bryan Henson and Allison G at
Algonkian Regional Park in Loudoun. I observed it today at 5pm. It is in
the large field with long grasses to the right of the parking lot. It is in
the southwest corner of the field, and has been elusive. It is
usually hiding/running under the long grass. There is also at least one
Lincoln's Sparrow and a Marsh Wren at the park. WT Sparrow and Juncos are
also making their way in.
