Weather: Moderate winds were mainly from the northeast, with mostly clear skies and temperatures in the seventies.
Raptor Observations: There was a decent flight, with birds flying very high for most of the day.
Non-raptor Observations: There was an excellent Great Blue Heron flight, with 100 birds (this is an exact count) passing by the platform. The flight included one single flock of 42 birds. All of these herons passed by in the morning. A number of Palm Warblers were in the area. Other observations included:
