Subject: Bar-tailed Godwit at east Shackleford Banks today
Today Steve Howell and I went to east Shackleford to look for "the"
Bar-tailed Godwit, and we found it, close to Barden's Inlet with Marbled
Godwits, Willets, and other shorebirds.

I assume it is the same bird that has been here the previous three winters.
The first fall (2016) that we saw it it was in juvenile plumage, so we know
its age.

We also saw a Long-billed Curlew at the same location, as well as at least 2
Reddish Egrets.
