Saturday, October 5, 2019, 8:30am-12:00pm. University of Michigan

This event is intended for Young Birders as well as adults. The
Environmental Interpretive Center (EIC) is the gateway to a 300 + acre
natural area that provides opportunities to study birds and the importance
of stopover habitat in a rapidly developing urban area. Plan to hike 1.5
miles and tour the EIC with a staff naturalist. Dress for the weather and
bring your binoculars if you have them. Visitor parking is available at the
Monteith Parking Structure (MPS), adjacent to the Center. There is no fee
for the program. Meet at the EIC (4901 Evergreen Rd., Dearborn, MI 48128),
the bird shaped building adjacent to the MPS. Visit
https://umdearborn.edu/about/visit-campus/maps-directions .

Please see our website (http://www.oaklandaudubon.org) for details about
upcoming field trips, meetings, programs and the Young Birder's Club.
Contact the field trip leaders if you have additional questions. You do not
have to be a member to participate. Everyone is welcome.

Thank you,
Phil Bugosh
