There was also a Gray Catbird at HQ this morning. I found it on the wall between the HQ building & the restrooms. It was later seen by Dave Herr and Paul Sullivan in the lilacs in the SE corner.

Hello All,

I was late to the party, but was finally able to look for the Broad-billed Hummingbird and saw it yesterday at Malheur H.Q. I didn't have a lot of time to bird HQ but did spend some time checking it out. There were a ton, well maybe a pound, of Ruby-crowned Kinglets. They were everywhere. There were three Varied and four Hermit Thrushes. Also many Yellow-rump Warblers, two Townsends, two Orange-crowned and one Wilson's Warbler. There were other birds, of course.

Good birding, Gerard
