The only countable wild Muscovies in the US are on the Rio Grande in Texas. Nothing that shows up in Oregon is truly wild, though they might be free flying.

There have been free flying Muscovies at Alsea Bay periodically, both natural plumage and all white. Lpn

A friend posted a rather blurry picture of an "oilsheen" black ducklike bird, white wing patches near the rocks on Harris beach, Brookings. S coast birders might want to take a look.
