Subject: [ia-bird] Sunrise Cedar Lake Black-bellied Whistling Duck
The good news this morning was the tracks were barren of any railroad cars! A sight that is rare as the duck itself. The BBWD was still at the far end of the patriotic grassy flat with an American flag. I had a good look from the second bridge which is farther down from the parking lot bridge, towards distant Quaker Oats.

Still no Black-crowned Night-Herons which could show up at any time.
