Subject: [VTBIRD] Mansfield ridgeline still quiet
Avian activity, as measured by vocal behavior and mist net captures, was
still disquietingly low on the Mansfield ridgeline this Wed-Thurs. We
captured a total of 43 birds (up from 29 last week), including our
first-ever Mourning Warbler, an out-of-habitat Red-eyed Vireo, and an
exceptionally early-molting Magnolia Warbler.

For more details and another set of Mike Sargent's excellent photos, see
