Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Summer Tanager, Villa La Jolla Park, 10 Jun 2019
So for the past year or so, looks like all those (non-Western) tanager reports from Villa La Jolla Park, by Alex Abela and others, may NOT be a conspiracy after all, heh heh! A Summer Tanager failed to elude me there at about 10:00 this morning. Female plumage, but with red on upper breast.

A try earlier for the Red-eyed Vireo over at La Jolla Summit, probably after Paul L was there, had no sign nor sound of the bird.

Good Birding,

Paul Chad
