I visited Hobbs State Park this morning, with Barry Bennett and Peter Shaffer. 46 species were observed (including 9 warblers).

Sinking Stream Trail - 2 occupied Acadian Flycatcher nests; great views of Yellow-billed Cuckoo and Wood Thrush; 8 warbler species seen/heard.

Van Winkle Trail - Good views of Hooded/Kentucky Warbler and Scarlet Tanager.

Visitor Center and Ozark Plateau Trail - Red-headed Woodpecker seen entering nest cavity near the parking area; a very confiding pair of Summer Tanagers on the Ozark Plateau Trail.
