Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report
was made Thursday May 23. If you have anything to add call Harry Nehls at
503-233-3976.

On May 16 a Red-footed Booby was photographed 20 miles west of Newport. The
California Thrasher continues to be seen along Holton Road near Talent.

A Sabinešs Gull was on the beach in Brookings May 16. A Semipalmated
Sandpiper and 50 White Pelicans were seen May 13 at the South Jetty of the
Columbia River. That day a Bank Swallow and three Blue-winged Teal were at
the Nehalem Sewage Ponds.

On May 16 a Lark Sparrow was along Oak Island Road on Sauvie Island and
another was at the East Bank Esplanade in mid-town Portland.
