Subject: 2 warbler species in Slippery Elm trees, Lancaster County
A Palm Warbler and a Northern Parula were seen feeding in the new growth of the Slippery Elm trees. White-throated Sparrows were high in these trees too. Judging from the twigs on the ground, the Gray Squirrels were chomping on them too. A singing Nashville Warbler was seen nearby.Part of a dead tree came crashing to the ground nearby, and practically stopped the chatter of the American Goldfinches.Stanley Stahl
