Subject: [CT Birds] Branford yard FOY
More first sightings today: Hermit Thrush and two Brown Thrashers (one
picking up dead leaves from the forest floor). So excited to see a pair of
thrashers. I've had individuals pop on by but never a pair seen
simultaneously and never seen them exploring the leaf litter taking some
with them when they flew off deeper into the woods.

Yesterday, had a male Northern Flicker and again today singing as well as a
pair of Eastern Towhees - male singing.
