Subject: [CT Birds] Northern Rough-winged Swallows, Branford Suppy Ponds
Fifteen Northern Rough-winged swallows flying over the northside of the east pond of the Branford Supply ponds.  The birds were observed from the area on Short Rocks Road that has the collection of bird feeder on a Cedar Tree.  That is the pond for those of you unfamiliar with this group of ponds that has the Dam and Fish ladder and is adjacent to Short Rocks Road. 

Also, 1 Osprey, Downy Woodpecker, Canada geese, mallard, chickadees and the usual feeder birds.
