Subject: [JERSEYBI] Possible 2nd Gyrfalcon
Greetings! Yesterday, before going to Barnegat Inlet, I was at the of end Cedar Dock Run Road
where I spotted a falcon which I first took for a Peregrine. It looked like a brownish juvenile but did not have strong head markings. I forgot about it until I saw photos on Facebook of the Nummy Island bird and it matches up very well with the bird I saw. This was around 8:30 in the morning. I t was perched on a post nearby the last house on the right.
