Subject: Short-eared owl landscape study
Last call for sign ups for the Short-eared owl (SEOW) landscape study.

You'll also be noting birds commonly found in SEOW breeding habitat
such as Ferruginous hawks, Northern Harriers, and others.

It will only take two evenings of your time beginning next month. And
what a great way to go visit new birding habitats you might not
otherwise visit!

Lots of grids are still open along the I-80 corridor and elsewhere in
Nevada. This is a great opportunity to introduce friends,
neighbors--and especially children--to birding as well.

Please share with your birding friends in not only Nevada, but all
western states.

This is an important study attempting to quantify dwindling SEOW
populations across the west and it can't be done without lots of
volunteers like YOU!

Please follow the link below for details--and thanks!
