In southern Monongalia Co my numbers and diversity have been low. Of course, with no snow natural food is abundant. Things picked up a bit with the snow yesterday - the weekend should be interesting.

Our feeders have been busy during the cold spell, but the total number of birds seems really low. Is anyone else seeing this or are numbers typical for your location?
Tufted Titmouse
Carolina Chickadee
Carolina Wren
Brown Creeper
Downy Woodpecker
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Hairy Woodpecker
Pileated Woodpecker
American Goldfinch

Good Birding!
