Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report
was made Thursday January 10. If you have anything to add call Harry Nehls
The two Eastern Bluebirds continue at the Dhama Rain Zen Center in northeast
Portland. On January 5 a Dickcissel was photographed with the Harrisıs
Sparrow along Boquist Road north of Tillamook. The large egret flock
including the two Cattle Egrets continue in the nearby meadowlands. The Oana
Beach State Park Black-and-white Warbler, the Magnolia Warbler and the
nearby Catbird continue to be reported. On January 5 a Yellow-bellied
Sapsucker , a Bullockıs Oriole, and a Tropical Kingbird were in Bandon.
The northeast Portland Gnatcatcher was seen again January 3 near Johnson
Lake south of the Portland Airport. On January 8 a Palm Warbler and a male
Yellow Warbler were at 13th and Fasio Way in northeast Portland. A Palm
warbler was seen January 4 at Jackson Bottom in Hillsboro. A wintering
Orange-crowned Warbler was photographed January 7 at a McMinnville feeder. A
bright Eurasian Green-winged Teal was photographed January 6 at Finley NWR.
ON January 6 a Black-headed Grosbeak was photographed at a Eugene feeder.
On January 8 a Huttonıs Vireo was photographed in Arlington.
