Subject: [VA-bird] South Carolina - Kiawah Island - Birding trip photos 3 - Red Knot and Wood Stork
I've up-loaded my third set of photos. This year there were a large number of Red Knots on the beach. There were 50 in the main group. We located a group of 5 Wood Storks (they all looked like young-of-the-year) that were feeding in a tidal creek along with some other herons. In the marsh grasses, we heard a number of Marsh Wrens and were lucky enough to photograph one of them.

In this batch of photos I've posted some shots of Wood Storks, Marsh Wrens, Red Knots, and some other birds.
