Subject: [wisb] Thousands of mergansers
Hello:
Over the past 3 days there have been thousands of Common Mergansers
congregating along a half mile stretch of the Fox River in Green Bay. Most
are males.
Also observed about 30 Bald Eagles and several gulls including a Great
Black Backed Gull.
The best area for viewing is from St Francis Park along the Fox River
biking Trail which is across from the Georgia-Pacific Paper Mill.
