That is the LA birds raised young. Wisconsin birds have many young.

Best I could tell is that they did not have the Louisiana banding and markers. They raised young this year but both seem to be adults. Another option is birds raised in the Wisconsin flock and ending up here as they are no longer taken south by ultra light.
