Hi all,

The EECB seminar series will continue Friday, November 30 at 3 PM in LINC
302 with Dr. Jack Dumbacher from California Academy of Sciences. His talk
is titled “The Ecology and Evolution of Toxicity of New Guinea Birds.” Dr.
Dumbacher is the Curator of Ornithology and Mammalogy at the California
Academy of Sciences and previously worked for several years at the
Smithsonian Institution. His lab group researches birds and mammals in
California and around the world. His interests include avian genetics and
chemical defense and recently expanded to ecology and evolution of mammals.
See the attached flyer for more details.

I've heard high praise like, "he gave one of the best talks I've ever seen"
