Subject: Clinton dam, Douglas County 11/25
I checked out Clinton dam this morning and found 2 BLACK SCOTERS, 1 SURF SCOTER, 2 LONG-TAILED DUCKS and a late OSPREY.
The dam pullouts are still closed so you need to scope from the south end, drive the dam and view from the car and/or walk down the gravel path from the north end of the dam.
