Subject: Sep 2018 report of Roseate Spoonbill in wake county
Last Friday I went to speak at a few grades at Endeavor Charter School in
Wake Forest, NC. In between talks a teacher showed me pictures and video
of a Roseate Spoonbill that was at their small 1/2 acre retention pond. It
was there first thing in the morning and flew off right away. Date was
after Hurricane Matthew, they said maybe September 15, 2018. I think this
is the second record for Wake County, maybe...
