Subject: Possible White-tailed Kite in Jackson County near Holton
When I read this yesterday I thought "probably just a male harrier" but
what if it's really a kite. I checked Ebird and it was December when there
was a pair reported near Junction City. Just thought I'd pass this on if
people didn't know it was reported.
