Subject: [southbaybirds] Palm Warbler Houge Park
The Chinese Pistache berries are ripe at Houge Park (Cambrian Park
Neighborhood between Bascom and Union). A PALM WARBLER was under the
Pistache trees at the playground and very cooperative. I had to back away
to get a shot. Also going after the berries were YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS, a
male and female WESTERN BLUEBIRD, a NUTTALL'S WOODPECKER, and
CHESTNUT-BACKED CHICKADEES.
In my yard has been a WHITE-THROATED SPARROW for a few days.
